ViewPDF gives refunds based on the following criteria:

  • ViewPDF will only provide refunds for up to the previous 30 days of charges on a pro-rata basis if the ViewPDF Pro membership has not utilised during that time, including not logging-in to a ViewPDF Pro account and not converting, signing or editing any files.
  • Under most circumstances, if you contact us within 7 days of the first charge after your trial we will be happy to issue a refund.
